Financial Wisdom Rooted in Faith and Real-World Experience
The Professional Journey
Ellen Springer, MBA, AEP, CLTC, CSA, RFC, CPA, began her career in public accounting, including time with the international firm Coopers & Lybrand. At just 23 she launched her first CPA practice — a bold step that taught her early the realities new founders face.
Over the next four decades she founded and built multiple CPA and business-consulting firms, served as an adjunct professor of business at Kennesaw State University and Mercer University, and authored the Amazon bestseller Turning Your Dream Business Into Your Bread and Butter.
Her firm’s simple mission — “helping people keep more of what they make” — reflects a practical, client-centered approach that has guided hundreds of small-business owners.
The Faith Journey
Ellen does not believe in coincidences. She believes in what she calls Godsequences — the masterfully orchestrated series of events, both difficult and joyful, that God uses to guide a life.
After surviving multiple near-death experiences and a severe battle with COVID that landed her in the hospital for ten days, she emerged with a clear conviction: God was not finished with her. That season of forced stillness gave birth to the Godsequences platform and podcast, where she now helps others recognize divine direction in their own stories.
That same conviction shapes the way she advises entrepreneurs: business is not separate from faith. Stewardship of money, time, and decisions is an act of worship.
“I don’t believe in coincidences — I believe in Godsequences. If you’re here, then in one way or another you believe that God masterfully orchestrates your life to get you where you are and guide you where you need to go.”
Faith-Based Business Advice for the New Entrepreneur
Ellen specializes in helping faith-driven founders who are launching or navigating their first years of business. She understands both the numbers and the calling — and she refuses to let either be neglected.
Practical Financial Foundations
Pricing that actually produces profit, cash-flow visibility, tax planning that doesn’t surprise you, clean separation of personal and business money, and the legal structures that protect a family’s assets.
Stewardship Over Hustle
She helps founders move beyond “busy work” and build systems that free time for both growth and family. Success is measured not only by revenue but by peace and sustainability.
Faith Integrated, Not Added On
Ellen’s counsel is never just technical. She helps entrepreneurs see their business as part of a larger story God is writing — so decisions about money, risk, and growth are made with wisdom and courage.
New Founders Need More Than Motivation
Vision is essential. But vision alone does not protect a household from an unexpected tax bill, a poorly structured entity, or the quiet drain of under-pricing. Ellen’s work sits at the intersection of sound business practice and faithful stewardship — exactly where most new entrepreneurs need the most help.
Whether through her books, her firm, or the practical guide 10 Financial Leaks That Sink Faith-Driven Founders, her goal remains the same: help you build a business that can support the mission you feel called to pursue without putting your family’s security at risk.
